How does the Package work?

The Small Business Marketing Package is an outsourced marketing solution that can be tailored to your business needs. The Program is completely flexible, so you only pay for what you need. I am  focused on delivering practical solutions that can be easily implemented quickly.

The Program follows four simple steps including a:

1. Marketing Review

Marketing Review is held over 3 meetings of 2 hours each. Here is where I listen and get inside your heads and business. This helps me write and prepare a marketing audit to see where your business currently is and the issues lie.

Cost: Between $1500 and $3000 depending on level of information supplied.

2. Preparation of a Marketing Plan

The preparation of a marketing plan takes place over 3 months and will involve a few more meetings to define the following:

Key marketing Strategies

Business and Marketing Objectives

During this stage we might also decide to do some customer research to further clarify our objectives.

Cost: $3000 to $5000 depending on business complexity.

3. Program Execution

During the implementation phase I ensure all the marketing tactics are executed and that the plan is rolled out effectively. This involves liaising with other contractors and third parties to ensure we have a smooth process.

Cost: $140 per hr and generally allow 10 hours per week.

4. Program Evaluation

The evaluation of the program is very crucial. I ensure that we track everything and we have built in measures to each program we execute. With new tools we can track most campaigns on line.

Cost: $140 per hour and allow 1 hour per week.

Integrated Marketing Plan: An integrated marketing plan is the business background to the decisions you make before implementing a marketing strategy i.e, advertising, direct mail, events, PR. It puts in-place the information you need to make sound decisions to ensure your marketing spend is going to be most effective and leveraged in an intergrated way. It also acts as a bench-mark so that you can measure each year your progression on key goals or challenges. This is a living active document that should be integral to your overall business plan.

Cost: $1500 to $2000

Marketing Consultant: Sometimes clients just need a sound-board to check ideas they have to see if they make sense as marketing strategy. I can make myself available in-person, or on-line as this soundboard. I offer over 15 years experience in marketing and strategic planning.

Consulting cost: $100 per hour + gst

Business Consultant: Businesses are hiring coaches and consultants because they want to improve their productivity. As a coach I can come into a business and give an external view of how to improve in areas including time management, team work, innovation, conflict and change management and strategic thinking. Also small business sometimes need help with their business plan and I can assists in this area.

Cost: $140 per hour + gst
